Scott brings 30 years of industry experience with over 20 years in senior management and leadership roles with some of Canadas largest IT Staffing Firms. Having joined Alquemy in 2018 as Vice President Operations, Scott brings perspective, wisdom and a passion for analytical idea development to the Alquemy leadership team. He is fundamental to the structural planning and development of Alquemy as a National Brand and is of vital importance in developing unique and astute strategies for the continued growth and success of Alquemy across Canada.

Scott holds a B.A. from the University of Waterloo.

Pam brings 20+ years in roles of increasing levels of responsibility in the IT Staffing Industry. Having spent 14 years achieving Presidents Club status at two of the largest IT staff augmentation firms, Pam joined Alquemy in 2016 as Managing Director.

In addition to providing Account Leadership and management for some of Alquemy’s National Accounts, Pam is key to the operation and growth of the business in areas including Delivery Leadership, Hiring and Retention, Training and employee engagement. Pam’s compassionate and mindful approach to the business, combined with an exceptional work ethic have allowed her to gain a reputation among clients and team members as a go to person for solving problems.

Pam holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta.

Roy Chau brings 15+ years of IT Staffing and Contingent Workforce experience, having started his recruitment career in 2009, as an Account Executive and progressed into the role of Managing Director. In 2016 Roy accepted a role with Alquemy as Managing Director.

With his experience, expertise and network Roy leads the operation and growth of the Alquemy Financial Services Practice. He currently oversees the management and operation of Alquemy largest Financial Services Accounts while continuing to set records for delivery performance and growth across these accounts. Roy works to create a practice that embodies his approach to the market. His relationships are of primary importance, and he values a strong partnership with his clients, one of mutual trust and respect.

Roy holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto.

Jeff brings 14+ years as a proven top performer IT Staffing Industry. Following a successful career with a global recruitment company as an Account Manager and Branch Manager, Jeff joined Alquemy as Managing Director in 2022.

Jeff leads the build and growth of the Alquemy Vancouver Region responsible for new client acquisition and management, staff hiring and team building in the B.C region. With proven success and focus on national accounts, Jeff is instrumental to completing the national presence vision of Alquemy. He is a proven leader in the industry and brings compassion and intelligent perspective to his clients and team members.
